Cancellation Policy
I do charge a 20% fee if you cancel or reschedule inside of my 24 hour window. I do understand things come up but please try to make it or cancel outside of the 24 hour window. If you have to cancel inside the 24 hour window please contact me via text message and we will figure it out!! In the event that you have to be charged for 20% of the service for canceling outside of the 24 hour window and your card does not go through, you will be unable to book again until that charge is paid! This is for my safety as a small business. If you reschedule more than 4 times total I will have to start taking a 20% deposit for your spot( no refunds even if you show up) Thank you!!
